Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings with Priscy Adventures. By confirming your reservation and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.

1. Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your booking

The balance is due 30 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking made less than 30 days before departure must be paid in full at confirmation.

Payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) or Ugandan Shillings (UGX) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations MUST be received in writing (email acceptable).

Refund terms:

60+ days before departure: Full refund minus bank fees + 10% service charge.

30–59 days before departure: 50% retained.

15–29 days before departure: 75% retained.

Less than 14 days / no show: 100% retained.

No refunds after the tour has commenced.

3. Changes by the company

Priscy Adventures reserves the right to:

Alter or cancel any part of the tour due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. weather, park regulations, safety concerns, political instability).

Substitute equivalent accommodations or services of similar standard when necessary.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.

Comprehensive travel insurance (medical, cancellation, baggage, accident) is strongly recommended.

5. Health & Safety

Please disclose medical conditions, dietary needs, or special requirements at booking.

The Company, its staff, and guides cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or death sustained during the tour.

6. Liability and Risk

Participation in safaris and adventure activities involves inherent risks (wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, weather, etc.).

The company takes all reasonable care but shall not be held responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, natural events, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or Company representative during the trip so that corrective measures can be taken.

If unresolved, written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the end of the tour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Uganda, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
